Oil dependance is down since 2009.   Anyone that thinks we can drill our way out of this then they don't know what they are talking about.  If we really want energy sources then we must look to other technologies. --Obama


My Questions:

Couldn't the reason for the Oil consumption decreased  simply be a result of unemployment increase?

Should we invest in these other resources or balance the budget?

Are these other clean resources reliable?
