What are these forwarded emails?
These emails pertain to the structural engineer reports that were conducted on three houses. These structural engineer reports were conducted by two different companies, RDA Consulting & (Vibra-Tech aka GeoSonics, which by the way already represents the SR 846 Land Mine) by the direction of the SR 846 Land Mine Trust representative "Donald Schrotenboer".
PLEASE! Look at all these emails and all the responses specifically Dixon's email dated 02/05/2025 SUMMARY...

While most of us have been at work our house are rattling like an earthquake. Many of our neighbors may not even know or recognize the new cracks in the foundations but it is happening.
They are blasting very close to us and it is unnecessary. They are doing it to sell the dirt while destroying our homes.

It is important to document anytime you hear a blast that shakes the house. This post was from Robert Dixon. He said even though it appears to be a form form for Miami, it is not just for that area it is statewide.
