Subject: Re: RDA Consulting/Vibra-Tech/SR 846 Land Mine Structural/Seismic Report (Dixon Residence)

Hello Donald Schrotenboer,

Please help me in understanding on how a professional opinion can be given when all the information that their forming their professional opinion on is coming from inaccurate and incomplete information? Why would you and the land owner of the SR 846 Land Mine except such an opinion knowing that the report doesn't have any validity? On 02/01/2024 at the Collier County Planning Commission (CCPS) meeting, the SR 846 Land Mine representatives made the statement to the CCPS board very clear on record that there's nothing that the SR 846 Land Mine is doing that would cause ANY damage to ANY structures NOT even a crack in stucco. One would think that if the SR 846 Land Mine was so confident with that statement then the SR 846 Land Mine would definitely make every effort to validate it and insist on this report to be accurate, factual, and complete so the statement made by the SR 846 Land Mine made can finally be validated by fact NOT opinion. Now the SR 846 Land Mine just wants to conclude with no real findings?

This final report took 8 months to complete and as I already pointed out there are numerous findings on this report that are inaccurate, not factual, and incomplete and in my opinion was done so by design. This report was suppose to be conducted by 3rd party, non affiliated, non bias companies which was clearly stated by the SR 846 Land Mine but was not. In my opinion, the SR 846 Land Mine is not being a good neighbor as they've stated they are and they do not have any real cares or concerns for their neighbors homes or well being. The SR 846 Land Mine only concern is and always has been is self preservation and their own personal interest make money at whatever cost! Thank you.

Respectively,

Robert Dixon

Mr. Dixon –

Thank you for your comments to the RDA Consulting Engineers Inspection Report dated February 4, 2025. For clarification, the landowner of the 846 Mine retained RDA Consulting Engineers to provide a Professional Opinion as to their findings of structural damage to nearby residence. RDA Consulting’s Professional Opinion was rendered as part of the report and concludes this assignment.

Again, thank you for your comments.
