If use of this program has increased so much that it is a burden for tax payers then why are we still paying for advertising on radio. I have heard this ad asking me to tell my friends that I think are poor that they may qualify for this program.

Do you think it is something to think about?
If we didn't think it would just be called hunting seasonOr "Units" as in Obamas Health care plan. Seriously are we breeding too much?
